True to size. Do expect a little shrinkage because it’s 100% cotton but it’s not much in my opinion. Ordered a large about 3yr. ago, after frequent washing and drying shirt is still good, no holing around seams like most other 100% cotton brands. Lost weight ordered a Medium. I’m confident it’s worth more for good, lasting quality.
