Refund policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors such as smoke or perfume.

Before opening a return request, if you believe we have made a mistake with your order or a product is defective, please contact us at order@countrylifeoutfitters.com along with a picture and description of the problem so that we may rectify the mistake without opening a request! Please include your order number in the subject line.

Exchanges
To proceed with an exchange, please ship the item(s) back to us and include a note with your order number, contact info, address, and the size you would like to exchange for. We ask that you provide the initial return shipping to us so that we may in turn provide the exchange shipping back to you. Please do not mail a check with your return unless there is a price difference with the exchange items.

Often times the original packaging may be reused for the return. For affordable returns, we recommend using USPS First Class Package service for packages under one pound and USPS Priority Mail service for packages over one pound.

If no contact info is provided, any potentially out of stock exchange items will be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please let us know of any delivery or damage issues within a month of claimed delivery.

Refunds
Please return your item(s) to the address listed above, with a note including your order number, contact info, and the reason you would like a refund. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and sent an email regarding the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
